The State Cadastre Agency has criminally reported two of its officials in Fier to the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime.
It is about the director of the Cadastre of this city, Arben Vojo, and the specialist of this institution, Shpresa Gjikondaj.
According to the report filed in SPAK, Vojo and his subordinate abused their duty and falsified documents, causing the Albanian state a loss of 95 million ALL.
From the control exercised, it is said that in at least 36 cases, the 15 percent tax was not calculated by the high officials already criminally charged.
According to the verifications, for the same immovable property, the director of Fier Cadastre, after successive applications, issued up to four different estimates, thus causing a significant economic damage.
