The homicide occurred after 7:00 p.m. in the Godoy neighborhood in the west of the city, more precisely in the vicinity of Juan XXIII and the Juan Pablo II Circunvalación collector. The victim, identified as Nelson Vera and a native of Paraguay, had gone out to exercise.
