An Alabama Division of Schooling worker who previously chaired a pro-life group within the state has been fired after he was arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a kid beneath the age of 12.
Marty Decole Wagner, 32, was indicted by a Montgomery grand jury on June 30 and arrested Wednesday, in response to courtroom paperwork and native media experiences. His arrest got here after he allegedly subjected a baby beneath the age of 12 to “sexual contact.”
