Arizona state officials are looking for victims “treated” by a fake doctor accused of committing dozens of crimes.

Jose Andres Lopez, 40, was arrested Dec. 16 by the Lake Havasu City Police Department and arraigned before a grand jury. The Arizona Attorney General’s Office announced its charges Wednesday.

State officials are now seeking clients “treated” by Lopez at the Institute for Male Health and Performance in Lake Havasu City. Officials believe he may have “practiced” under the name Dr. Joseph Lopez.

Lopez’s charges include tampering with computers, assuming another person’s identity and forgery. Officials say the violations occurred between 2017 and 2021.

Court documents obtained by Fox News Digital alleging that while posing as a doctor, Lopez allegedly wrote prescriptions including Hydroxyzine, Meloxicam, and Norel Ad. The suspect is also accused of falsifying sensitive documents, including bills.

Lopez is also suspected of lying about his application to Arizona Western College in July 2018.

Lopez is scheduled for a hearing in Kingman on Monday.
