The men were arrested hours after four gunmen stormed the Crocus town hall in Krasnogorsk, a northern Moscow suburb, on Friday evening and began shooting at some of the estimated 6,000 people attending a rock concert. The attackers also set fires that engulfed the venue and caused the roof to collapse.
