An unlawful Brazilian migrant has been arrested in Massachusetts by ICE officers after a collection of alleged intercourse crimes.
Enforcement and Removing Operations (ERO) introduced that Jackson Bento-Pinheiro was arrested in Wakefield, Massachusetts, after illegally getting into the U.S.
Authorities say the 35-year-old has been charged with assault, sexual assault and battery, and home violence in Massachusetts.

A regulation enforcement supply confirmed to Fox Information that the native bail commissioner granted him bail regardless of having an excellent warrant for his arrest for home violence.
ICE arrived on the scene and took him into custody, the supply mentioned.

The migrant’s confrontations with the regulation started when he was apprehended on the border close to San Ysidro, California, in July 2021.
The subsequent day, Bento was summoned by border guards to look earlier than a Justice Division immigration choose, after which they launched him again onto the streets.

Bento reported to ERO Boston on August 22, 2021, and was faraway from the Alternate options to Detention (ATD) program, which permits migrants to stay within the U.S. throughout their immigration proceedings.
