The son of Buc-ee’s co-founder Don Wasek has been convicted on 21 counts for allegedly secretly filming celebration visitors utilizing the lavatory at his household’s Texas lake home, in line with the Travis County district lawyer’s workplace.
A grand jury returned six separate indictments in opposition to 28-year-old Mitchell Wasek on Could 17, charging him with 21 counts of invasive visible recording.

Friends at his household’s home on Lake Travis noticed a charging port for Wasek’s digital camera hidden in a toilet wall and reported him to authorities in Could, an affidavit obtained by the newspaper states.
Witnesses took the digital camera from the lake home and seen its contents, which included recordings of the visitors “in numerous states of undress,” the Statesman reported.

“The Travis County District Lawyer’s Workplace takes the work of presenting all info and proof to a grand jury very severely,” Travis County District Lawyer José Garza mentioned. “On this case, a bunch of unbiased Travis County neighborhood members heard the proof and regulation and determined that Mr. Wasek’s conduct was illegal.”
