Richard Thomas Martinez, 48, was taken into custody in reference to the alleged homicide.

Detectives mentioned a preliminary investigation revealed Martinez and Minder had been concerned in an altercation earlier than Martinez allegedly killed Minder and buried him within the yard.

Martinez was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Heart and is being held with out bail.
