Did Russian President Vladimir Putin really visit Mariupol, or was it his soiree?

The dilemma is huge and according to international experts, the chances are high that Putin has sent his message. So, the Ukrainian side is on the same line.

The advisor to the Ukrainian Interior Minister, Anton Gerashchenko, has published a photo in which “Putin in three versions” appears.

“Which do you think is the truth?” Gerashchenko wrote in the description of the photo published on Twitter. And of course there were many comments with one of them saying that “Putin definitely did not go to Mariupol”.

It is worth noting that Putin’s trip to Mariupol was the first to the occupied territory since the beginning of the aggression last year.

It came after the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for the Russian president. Mariupol was razed to the ground when it was occupied by Russia in the early days of the war.

Its population is now only a tenth of what it was before the conflict, Ukrainians have said.
