The National Bureau of Investigation has seized the projects of three villas and two apartments in the luxury residences owned by the partner and ex-wife of Arben Ahmetaj.
Journalist Bledian Koka says that there are several villas and apartments in Valamar, Green Coast and Rolling HIlls. The concept plan and the technical project of these properties have been requested to see if they have a direct or indirect connection with the benefits that the former Minister of Finance received from Klodian Zoto, after being involved in the incinerators issue, says Koka.
In “Top Story”, the list of documents required by the institution of justice was published:
– Copy of the technical project for the villa of citizen Albina Macka, in the area of Rolling Hills, all documentation with technical details attached.
– Copy of the concept project in the Valamar area, for the “Vila 22” project, in charge of citizen Erjola Hoxha, as well as the location plan of the facility.
– Copy of the technical project for the apartment in the Valamar complex, Interior Design, ordered by the citizen Erjola Hoxha, attached all the documentation with the technical details.
– Copy of the idea project in villa number 73 Green Coast, in relation to the villa of citizen Albina Mancka.
– Copy of the documentation located in the folder named 1097 AP Albina, on the conceptual design of the existing apartment of citizen Albina Mancka. This facility is located in the “Tuborg” palace, in the Block area in Tirana.
