Hearing news involving the success of Featherweight seems to be, at this point, something almost normal. The Mexican corrido singer has toured the world with his songs about love and partying, exceeding millions of views.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Spotify announced that Featherweight had become the artist with the most songs on the Global List of the aforementioned music platform.

Regarding the achievement that the Mexican has reached, we can mention his resounding coronation on the Billboard charts, after the release of his Genesis album.

Billboard recently announced that Emilio Kabande Laija, better known as Featherweight, broke several records in its listings until July 8. The first of the milestones is that the musician has the first Number 1 on any Billboard album chart.

“With 101.8 million streams, the 17-song album marks the biggest week in history for a regional Mexican album,” it was announced on the Billboard portal.

One of the biggest milestones, facing this record, is the one that indicates that the new Featherweight songs led the singer to position 25 of them in the Hot Latin Songs ranking, dethroning the record that had been set by the Puerto Rican Bad Bunny. who had set 24 titles simultaneously within the same list.
