Critics say the “overseas affect” invoice is impressed by authoritarian legal guidelines utilized by neighboring Russia to clamp down on dissent.

1000’s of protesters demonstrated within the Georgian capital Tbilisi on Monday, demanding the invoice be withdrawn.
