Republican lawmakers and leaders voiced assist for Israel after the Jewish nation launched a retaliatory strike towards Iran after the Islamic Republic unleashed a barrage of missiles earlier this month.

Different lawmakers took to social media to share that they had been rooting for the Israeli army because it “defends itself towards the evil Iranian regime.”

The GOP’s response got here after the Israel Protection Forces (IDF) stated Friday it was “conducting exact strikes on army targets in Iran.”
