Hannah Gutierrez has appealed her conviction of involuntary manslaughter within the deadly capturing of cameraman Halyna Hutchins on the set of the Alec Baldwin movie “Rust.”
Gutierrez, the movie’s gunmaker, was sentenced to 18 months in jail, the utmost, in reference to the October 2021 capturing.
