A 60-year-old man was arrested in Hawaii on Sunday after allegedly stabbing and killing a Wendy’s worker, whereas critically injuring one other, in response to studies.
The Honolulu Police Division’s arrest logs present that Reynaldo Cheney was charged with homicide and felony contempt of courtroom.
Hawaii Information Now reported that the Honolulu Police Division stated the incident occurred simply earlier than 10 a.m. on Sunday at a Wendy’s on Farrington Freeway in Nanakuli.
Police confirmed with the station that the suspect, later recognized as Cheney, was a buyer and the opposite two individuals concerned have been staff of the fast-food restaurant.

Police stated Cheney was shifting furnishings when a 22-year-old worker approached him and requested him to cease shifting the furnishings.
The forwards and backwards between the worker and the patron escalated after the suspect allegedly referred to as the worker a derogatory title, police stated.
As the 2 argued, a 44-year-old worker reportedly intervened and escorted the person out of the restaurant, the place the argument continued.

At one level, police stated, the 22-year-old worker punched the person, who retaliated by stabbing each staff, police stated.
Each staff have been tended to on the scene and transported to a close-by hospital. The 22-year-old worker later died from his accidents.
