The investigation was triggered on Friday afternoon when the girl’s mother appeared at the Women’s Police Station to file a complaint.
The woman recounted that, a while before, a teacher from School 811, which her daughter attends, came to her house with the principal to ask her to go to the school because she had “injured herself” and had blood stains on her face. overalls.

The suspect is the son of a police officer and was arrested at night at his home. Investigators seized his underwear, like that of the victim, to carry out tests that could be key to the case.

What is known so far is that the young man tricked the girl into an empty classroom. The excuse would have been that she was going to help him with her homework. There the young man would have consummated the abuse.
The subrogating Investigating Judge, Rubén Lunge, ordered the arrest of the suspect that same day, since the minor provided her first name.
The young man will be taken to court this Wednesday to be investigated for the crime of “sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access.”
