To improve eyesight, you need to understand how your mind works. Your mind consistently works out options for problems and solves the day’s problems. A mind that is constantly stressed or tense finds it difficult to function correctly.

The mind can become overwhelmed and freeze and become inactive. Problems are not solved and problems keep piling up.

Likewise, to improve vision, the eyes must move to function as they should. While your eyes are calm, they move around enjoying mother nature around them. When eyes are stressed, they stare and your vision gets worse.

The eyes like to stay engaged, moving quickly all around and taking in the sights all around us. Eyes don’t want to stop moving and pay attention to just one thing. When this happens, the eyes begin to tense and focus, resulting in vision not being as accurate as it should be.

Your eyes and the human brain work faster than we think. Once we are in nature, our eyes quickly switch from one individual tree or flower to the next. The only point at which the eyes stop and stare is when the brain is unaware of what it is looking at.

For example, if you’re looking at roses and an unfamiliar flower comes into view, stop and stare until you recognize it’s a daisy and move on.

Eyes never stop shifting and moving until you force them to. Even in deep sleep, your eyes move in the darkness. When the eyes are still for a very long time, your eyes start to get damaged and lose their focus.

To improve your vision, the movement of your eyes should always be effortless and smooth, never bumpy or bouncy.

Improve eyesight by tracking objects

You can improve vision by making the eyes move easily. This is done by means of tracking cases. The eyes don’t have to jump from one item to the next. Try to pull over the sides of items.

Look out the window so that the eyes can see and follow cars, buildings, trees and bushes. After a few minutes, the items should become brighter and the color brighter. It is possible to sketch just about anything: sofas, chairs and the TV.

Do this exercise at least once a day to improve your eyesight, to train your eyes to essentially look at things and not just stare.
