The Israeli army carried out what it known as a “precision strike” on a Hezbollah commander in a southern suburb of Beirut. Israeli officers say it was in retaliation for an assault on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on Saturday that killed 12 youngsters and youngsters. Hezbollah denies accountability for that assault.
