In Kosovo, the 25th anniversary of the KLA epic was commemorated in Prekaz, at the house and memorial of the legendary commander Adem Jashari.
This marked day commemorates the siege of the Jashari family by Serbian forces for three consecutive days, where around 50 family members were killed.
During their visit, the heads of state said that the freedom of Kosovo is owed to the Jashari family.
The commemorative day was also greeted by President Bajram Begaj.

The Head of State said that the resistance and heroism of Adem Jashari started a new era for Kosovo, that of freedom and democracy.
