The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said that in Ohrid, the Kosovo delegation went to sign the basic agreement, but according to him, Serbia is avoiding the signing.
“We came to Ohrid to sign the basic agreement, with an annex. The other side, just like in the last meeting, is running away from signing the agreement”, said Kurti.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo said that it is up to the EU, as mediator of the dialogue process, “to find the mechanism to make the annex of this agreement legally enforceable”.
“What happened is the de facto recognition on February 27 and now with the implementation annex”, said Kurti.

He said that the annex, for which Kosovo and Serbia agreed at the Ohrid meeting, will be published by the European Union.
