Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., had a tense interplay Sunday throughout a stay interview with Margaret Brennan on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”
Graham advised Brennan he was “prepared” to vote to verify President-elect Donald Trump’s Kash Patel as FBI director, and believes Patel’s listening to will “expose him as a extremely certified man of the regulation.”

Graham mentioned Barr was flawed when he wrote it, and now he’s flawed about Patel. He mentioned he took his recommendation on the nominee from former Rep. Trey Gowdy, who labored with Patel.
“Kash was a public defender, he was a prosecutor, he labored with Trey Gowdy on the Russia hoax,” Graham mentioned. “So I feel he has the expertise. He has the president’s belief.”
