Donald Willard, 74, who died in 2010, was concerned within the 1970 demise of Pamela Lynn Conyers, the Anne Arundel County Police stated. 

Final yr, Forrest Clyde Williams III, who died in 2018 in Virginia, was recognized by police as the primary suspect within the case. Williams was recognized by DNA proof in March 2023.
