However, one of Donald’s most dedicated legal advisers trades her role for another on his team.

One of Donald’s lawyers, Alina Habba, has been relieved of her role as one of the defendants in the financial fraud lawsuit and has replaced her as legal spokesperson and general counsel for Trump’s Save America PAC leadership.

For those who don’t know, the Save America is a leadership PAC founded by Donald in late 2020. It grossed $31.5 million and spent $343,000 in the last two months of that year, according to various sources.

What is a PAC and what will Habba’s role be in it? According to FEC, it is a committee that works to identify and fund candidates for federal and non-federal office. And from 2023, Habba will serve as legal representative to the home alone 2 star in “certain legal matters”, per Radar Online. Simply put, she becomes his “media representative for legal affairs.”
When asked to join the PAC, Habba called it a “privilege of a lifetime,” she said in her own statement“It is an honor to be asked by a leader like President Trump to help save America. Being able to spend more time publicly dealing with his many legal matters is the privilege of a lifetime.”

This isn’t the first time she’s had a connection with the PAC, because according to CNNthey paid Habba’s firm Habba Madaio & Associates LLP nearly $2 million in legal fees.

In addition, this PAC has also caused some controversy in the past. At the end of 2022, quite a few subpoenas were issued to investigate the PAC’s fundraising activities and get witnesses. Not much is known about this venture, but many people know it as the commission that Donald uses for both political expenses, tripand the commission that pays Walt Nauta’s legal feesper NBC.
