Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that the 13 agreements have been signed by the Albanian government.
“After a while to Skopje to start the two-day visit to the capitals of the Western Balkans. This morning, all 13 agreements of the meeting of the two governments signed by us have been submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo. With the countersignature of the Kosovar side, they enter into force immediately. I remain hopeful that after the removal of the concern expressed publicly by KM Kurti for citizens prevented from benefiting from the 13 agreements, we will also have confirmation of the meeting with Albini this afternoon,” writes Rama.
