A river otter pulled a younger little one underwater in Washington state Thursday morning whereas a mom and little one walked on a marina dock, wildlife officers stated. 

The otter continued to assault because the mom struggled to tug her little one from the water at Bremerton Marina, and he or she was bitten on the arm by the animal. The pair have been pursued by the otter as they left the dock, the state Division of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) stated in a information launch.
