‘Rubber-stamped’: Key Dem hit over Biden-Harris assist on border, inflation

FIRST ON FOX: Nevada Sen. Jacky Rosen, a Democrat dealing with an unsure future in Congress, is below scrutiny due to her backing of President Biden and Vice President Harris, notably regarding their approaches to inflation and unlawful immigration, simply forward of a detailed Senate election within the state come November.

“They spent our tax {dollars} giving unlawful immigrants COVID checks and resort rooms,” the advert says.

“Jacky Rosen failed Nevada households,” the video claims.

In a June Fox Information Ballot, Nevadans reported feeling negatively about their monetary conditions. Almost half of these polled stated they’re falling behind financially, at 49%. Solely 13% believed they had been getting forward with their funds. Roughly 4 in 10 stated they had been holding regular.  

Views of the financial system nationally worsened in a July Fox Information Ballot during which 76% of voters stated that they had lowered their spending to pay for fundamental bills. This is a rise of 5 factors since October 2022 and up 9 factors from when it was first requested in March 2022.

Moreover, border safety and immigration was reported as one of many high “deal-breaker points” amongst all registered voters in a Could Fox Information Ballot. Rosen is competing in opposition to the Republican candidate, retired Military Capt. Sam Brown, who was severely injured whereas deployed in Afghanistan.

When the state’s Senate race score by the Cook dinner Political Report, a nonpartisan political handicapper, shifted from “Lean Democratic” to “Toss Up” in April, Brown stated, “Nevada is now a toss-up as a result of Jacky Rosen is a rubber stamp for Joe Biden and has made issues worse for Nevadans, from excessive costs to the open border.”

NRSC spokesperson Maggie Abboud stated in a press release, “Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Jacky Rosen’s insurance policies made life unaffordable for Nevada households. As a substitute, they prioritized opening our southern border and giving taxpayer advantages to the unlawful immigrants they let in.” 

Rosen’s marketing campaign didn’t present remark to Fox Information Digital in time for publication of this story.
