The people of Sampedranos lived a true party during the weekend, to the rhythm of concerts, to the taste of exquisite gastronomy and thanks to the entertainment offered by the fairgrounds.
Campos Agas, Expocentro and La Plaza received thousands of people, who packed the fairgrounds from the early hours of Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the different amenities they have for this season.
Nora del Carmen Collins, coordinator of the Juniana Fair 2023, expressed that: “we are very happy and pleased to receive all the residents of Sampedranos and visitors so that they can enjoy the most beautiful fair in Honduras, the Juniana Fair.”
Collins stressed that an orderly party is taking place with many activities, and the presence of the elements of the Municipal Police, National Police, Transit and 105 Brigade, to protect the safety of citizens who attend the different establishments.
He explained that cultural, artistic, sports and exhibitions events, among others, will take place throughout the month of June.
The attendees also enjoyed the games that the Play Land Park amusement parks have, installed on 33rd street, and Montoya on the eastern boulevard, exit to La Lima, which have been crowded by children, youth and adults.
More activities
For the remainder of this week, the last of the fair, the city will continue with a varied agenda. Tomorrow, Wednesday, the ribbon race will take place at 9:00 am and the Entrepreneur Cup that will take place at 7:00 pm.
This Saturday will be the expected Parade of Floats, which will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, to then give way to the Great Carnival, which will start at 8:00 pm.
