A bunch of masked motorcyclists was caught on video doing donuts and wheelies round a site visitors officer in a vacationer space, and the police affiliation is saying that if the division was geared up with sufficient officers then the motorcyclists can be held accountable for his or her actions.
Sanee Iqbal took the video at a junction with Lombard Road on Aug. 4. The “crookedest road on the earth,” because it’s referred to by San Francisco Journey, is without doubt one of the Golden Metropolis’s most well-known sights.
“It was in all probability 15 plus of precise bikers,” Iqbal instructed native TV station KGO. “The bikers are coming down the hill and simply honking. Later, that is once I see the one, two, three bikers beginning to circle – doing wheelies and type of burning rubber across the officer there.”
The videographer stated the bikers – some on dust bikes, some on bikes and a few on all terrain autos (ATVs) – had been “positively antagonizing” the San Francisco Police Division site visitors officer, who was carrying a yellow vest whereas watching what was taking place.

Whereas vacationers watched in awe, Iqbal stated no further law enforcement officials confirmed up and nobody was arrested.
“They’re nothing greater than a bunch of bullies on bikes,” a press release from the San Francisco Police Officers Affiliation to KGO stated. “They purposefully put the lives and security of harmless drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians in danger.”

The assertion from the police union continues on to say, “The problem with being quick over 600 officers is that we should not have the officers on shift we have to immediately reply with the variety of officers wanted to securely curtail a big group appearing with aggression to each bystanders and responding officers. If we had the variety of officers we must always have, you’ll have seen much more of these bullies in cuffs.”
As for the bikers, others instructed KGO they’ve been seen at different vacationer spots carrying masks with out helmets.
