Second arrest made in Florida bowling alley taking pictures that paralyzed off-duty ATF agent

Florida authorities have charged a second particular person with tried homicide this week in reference to the December taking pictures of an off-duty federal agent that left him paralyzed.

FOX 13 Tampa Bay recognized the ATF agent as Particular Agent Matthew Murray, who serves with the bureau’s Tampa Subject Division.

Murray was shot at roughly 11:07 p.m. on Dec. 27 at The Alley at Southshore in Riverview, Florida, after making an attempt to deescalate a combat between two males and a girl within the parking zone of the bowling alley.

Murray’s spouse stated throughout a pre-trial detention listening to for Smith that her husband recognized himself as regulation enforcement and informed the group of individuals to go house, FOX 13 reported.
