Outraged with several surgeons, the LAM panelist lashed out: “All they want is to charge you, learn to operate!”

Marixa Balli was about to burst into tears yesterday, Wednesday, in LAM (America, at 8:00 p.m.), the cycle that leads Angel De Brito, when recounting what he has been suffering for many years due to malpractice. “Seeing the scars I have hurts me,” revealed the panelist, grieving.

The issue of malpractice was once again on the table in the program because the driver referred to the enormous empathy caused by the heartbreaking testimony he had given the day before Silvina Lunawho is undergoing dialysis while awaiting a kidney transplant.

Silvina’s serious kidney problem arose as a result of hypercalcemia, a consequence of malpractice in an operation for aesthetic purposes.

On the subject, Marixa recalled that she had to undergo several surgeries after the car accident that almost cost her her life in March 2000 and in which Mariano Fischer, 27, who was her boyfriend at the time, died.

The panelist explained that in that situation, although the seat belt saved her life, it also caused her injuries. “The seat belt did a lot of damage to my body,” she said, noting that to repair it, she turned to a surgeon “whom she had trusted for a long time.”

“But he did me a bad practice – Marixa continued – and seeing the scars hurts me. To this day I’m trying to get someone to remove them…”. When De Brito asked her where on her body she has those scars, the dancer was about to start crying and she replied that she did not want to tell.

“The seat belt saved my life, but it hurt me a lot,” he insisted. having put that pressure against the seat belt, I hurt myself”.

“My surgeon, who was the one who always operated on me, sent a shit,” Balli complained. “Instead of saying ‘I’m not qualified to do this’, he told me: ‘Marixa, divine, come, come, my love ‘, and it wiped me out.”

“He was my surgeon and he is number one, but he never recognized what he did to me,” he added. “He was always a good surgeon. I had natural lolas and I operated on them because it was a lot: 110 in such a small body, With so much dancing, they loosen up. On that occasion, he operated on me well.”

Marixa Balli: “They are a disaster, learn to operate!”

That said, Marixa explained that when she was so hurt by the seat belt, she went to that same surgeon, with complete confidence. “But they don’t know how to do reconstructive surgery,” she said.

“Because of this situation, I went through 7 or 8 surgeries -he said-. And with top-level professionals. But none could repair it for me.”

When asked why he had not sued the surgeon who did the malpractice, Marixa replied: “Because I’m ashamed, because I hate it, because they don’t take responsibility, because they are brutes.”

Outraged, she added: “First they put you in an operating room, they tell you that they are going to fix it, but they continue to screw up your life. I’m angry with all those surgeons. One is putting his body and they shit themselves with laughter. The only thing that They want to charge you, because they haven’t been swaps. They’re a disaster, let them learn to operate!”

Then, the panelist admitted that among all the surgeons she went to, there was one who, seeing her scars, said about the actions of the first colleague who had operated on her: “What he did to you is incredible!” She in turn promised him that she would be able to repair those scars, but for that, she would need to undergo four operations.

Unfortunately, that doctor died in an accident and Marixa assures that until now she has not been able to find another one who generates the same confidence in her, in such a way that she has no choice but to endure the anguish caused by the scars.
