“You don’t do the exemplary crime, you do the crime that you can”. The phrase is released by a source who actively participates in the investigation into the alleged crime of Cecilia Strzyzowski (28). The potential is because, 17 days after her disappearance, there is still no trace of the young woman’s body, although all the indications point against the “Sena clan”, to which they adjudicate the authorship of the crime and the subsequent disappearance of the traces.

It is that Justice has carried out a series of expert opinions since the beginning of the case, with the aim of finding evidence that allows us to reconstruct what happened to the young woman since 9:15 on Friday, June 2, when she was last seen entering the house of the Seine.

As Clarín was able to reconstruct, the fan includes fingerprints, clothing, blood samples, cremated pieces, skeletal remains, all of them examined in recent weeks and which should arrive in the coming days to help investigators reconstruct the case before the Tuesday 27. That day expires the term to present the reasons that allow to maintain the preventive detention on the “Sena clan”.

what is already

The prosecution headed by prosecutor Jorge Cáceres Olivera already has a series of “strong” evidence against Emerenciano Sena (58), Marcela Acuña (51) and César Sena (19), Cecilia’s partner. They were the ones that made it possible to request the arrest of the three on Friday the 9th, when the first week of their disappearance was over.

Capture of a WhatsApp from Cecilia’s phone with her mother, where she forwards an alleged chat that she would have had with César. It is part of the distraction strategy

It was built on top of the first complaints by Gloria Romero, the girl’s mother, who presented the chats that were sent from César and Cecilia’s cell phones, where both indicated that they were already in the south, as Clarín reported.

But it was a hoax, since the phones never left Resistencia. These tests allowed the investigation to reconstruct a precise map of the movements of the devices with a particular detail: those that belonged to Cecilia and César were always together. What’s more, they were active until Monday, June 5, when they went out for the last time near the Emerenciano Sena pig farm.

To this were added the cameras of the Sena house in Santa María de Oro at 1400, which indicate that César and Cecilia entered at 9:15 on Friday the 2nd. Emerenciano and Marcela arrived around noon aboard a white Toyota model 2023. Between that moment and 5:00 p.m., the girl would have been murdered, according to the investigation.

The next day, Saturday the 3rd, the Sena continued with the electoral campaign in different acts. There they took a photo of César that went viral on networks, where a mark is seen on the left side of the neck. There were three lines as a scratch.

The scratch on César Sena’s neck.

At the time of his arrest, on Saturday the 10th, the youngest of the clan underwent a complete medical examination, which recorded that the mark on the neck has a “compatible evolution” with having been made around Friday the 2nd, as well as another that It was found in one of his hands.

What’s missing

Last Saturday, in a search in the Emerenciano pig farm, a series of skeletal remains were found, which were left in charge of the forensic anthropology team of the Judiciary of Córdoba, which took them to the Province to corroborate if they are compatible with human remains.

That same Saturday, the Cordovan team had come to the conclusion that the first batch of bones found in the pig’s shop, on Sunday the 11th, had nothing “clearly human.” It was a possible skull and jawbone.

There is also a batch of expert opinions that should arrive throughout this week. For example, a series of garments that were found on Wednesday the 14th at the home of Gustavo Obregón, the Sena driver and one of those accused of concealment, were sent to examine. The studies are being carried out by the Institute of Medicine and Forensic Sciences of the Chaco Judiciary (INCIF) and seek to find possible traces of blood.

A floor cloth was also found in the Emerenciano field with traces of blood. From the prosecutor’s office they explained that the tests that are carried out must first indicate if each sample first belongs to human blood before ordering extractions in the family that can be compared. “It’s part of the process and step by step,” they patiently explain.

This step by step is essential to avoid any type of invalidity of evidence that the defense may request. That is why they take their time, despite the constant pressure from the media, the family, Chaco society but also the Superior Court of Justice of the Province.

But perhaps one of the most important appraisals are those that are being carried out on cell lines and that are already beginning to yield results. The case is complex and it is that both Cecilia’s cell phones and several of the defendants were discarded and destroyed. That is why the analysis is done based on the material that was present in the cloud.

To do this, the content of the accounts that each phone had configured is downloaded and sent to an expert. A team reviews each file, chat or conversation point by point and makes a summary with the elements of interest to the cause.

A butcher’s saw and a machete-type blade were also analyzed, both found in the Sena’s house, where the murder is believed to have taken place. By having a piggy bank, it is believed that it could be from animals.

In that same search, a series of bloodstains were found on one of the walls, via forensic light, which were also examined for analysis. This last batch of studies could be by the middle of this week.

The suitcase, the last find

The last of the clues came almost out of surprise and was off the radar. It is a suitcase with clothes that was found cremated on the outskirts of the Emerenciano neighborhood, one of the power points of the “Sena clan.” It had a series of belongings, including clothes and a ring, which investigators believe could have belonged to Cecilia.

The young woman had left her house with Sena under the excuse of a trip to Ushuaia that did not exist. But for this she had loaded several changes of clothes in a dark suitcase that she took in the young man’s truck.

In this burned suitcase, some keys and what appear to be two cell phones also appeared, according to remains compatible with the frame of a screen.

These rings have not yet been seen by Cecilia’s mother. The prosecutor’s office has them stored in an envelope and hopes to open them in front of the lawyers for each party and the experts they deem appropriate. Again, the idea is to avoid any kind of nullity.

They are all clues that can help to find the key that solves the enigma of what happened to Cecilia. Chaco society, but mainly the family, are waiting for that answer.
