This Friday the draw for the 2023 Gold Cup was held, in which the Guatemalan National Team, led by Mexican coach Luis Fernando Tena, met their rivals.
Guatemala qualified for the Gold Cup after winning group D of the Concacaf Nations League B.
After the draw, the Bicolor, which was located in pot 2, was placed in group D of the 2023 Gold Cup, along with Canada, Cuba, and the winner of preliminary 7.
The winner of preliminary 7 will come from Trinidad and Tobago, Guadeloupe, Guyana and the Grenada team.
The 2023 Gold Cup will be held in the United States and Canada from June 26 to July 16, 2023.
