LONDON — The Kremlin on Wednesday denied a report that Russian President Vladimir Putin had been in touch with former President Donald Trump since leaving workplace.

“No, it isn’t like that,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov advised a Russian information channel in response to a query about whether or not the 2 had shared cellphone conversations.

Journalist Bob Woodward wrote in regards to the alleged interactions between Trump and Putin in his upcoming ebook, titled “Struggle,” the newspaper mentioned. Washingtonpost and CNN.

Woodward reportedly wrote that the pair shared “as many as seven” cellphone calls, a declare Trump disputed on Tuesday.
