A parking garage in Manhattan partially collapsed Tuesday afternoon, injuring and trapping several people.
Local reports say the parking garage is located at 57 Ann Street between Nassau Street and William Street. The floors of the three-story building reportedly collapsed around 4:15 p.m., sending cars crashing down.

Images are circulating social media shows wrecked cars and debris billowing to the sky while people can be heard from inside.

FDNY told Fox News Digital that its members have pulled out over concerns about the building’s structural stability.
FDNY told WNBC there are at least three civilian injuries.
Authorities asked people to avoid the area “because of an emergency response”.

Mayor Eric Adams’ office said the mayor knew about the partial collapse and went to the scene.
