The counting process has also ended in Dibër, where the Socialist Party candidate Rahim Spahiu has triumphed over his political opponents with a total of 15,323 votes.
This is a large number of votes compared to the candidate of the “Bashke Fitomje” coalition, Ismail Uka, who received 6,227 votes, while the PD candidate, Naim Gazidede, received 1,208 votes.
According to the results so far, the Socialist Party has won most of the country’s municipalities.
