The village of Zemblak in Maliq was completely flooded after the streams burst their banks and flooded the road as a result of the rain.
A few hours of torrential rain were enough for the main and secondary streets of the village to be covered by water, which also entered the houses.
Residents say that amid the panic they went outside and tried to save the living thing, while they say that the lack of interventions in the infrastructure has caused them to remain exposed to the risks of natural disasters.
After signaling the alarming situation, the work groups arrived in the village, while they intervened with the floodgates to divert the flows of the streams and normalize the situation.
The situation also became disturbing in the village cemeteries due to the infiltration of water, endangering their exit, while the residents were forced to intervene themselves to avoid their destruction.
There were also problems along the Korçë-Bilisht national segment, which was covered by water and alluvium, making the circulation of vehicles difficult.
