A family was the victim this Tuesday afternoon of criminals who entered their home while the owners were away. When they returned half an hour later, they found the five robbers inside the property.
According to the owner of the house, both she and her daughter had gone shopping at a neighborhood store. When they returned, they found a group of thieves who mercilessly attacked them, but they only managed to steal some belongings and some money thanks to the fact that the screams alerted the neighbors.
The youngest, Estefanía, was taken first by the assailants as soon as she arrived, while Roxana, her mother, tried to run away to ask for help, but two of the criminals grabbed her body and dragged her inside the building. Seconds later, the thieves escaped.
The event happened in a house located on Calle 1° de Mayo, corner of Azcuénaga. Everything was recorded on security cameras. In the images you can see the moment in which the two women returned from shopping, the youngest opened the door of her home and was surprised by five people.
What none of the women knew at that time, and what they would later find out after seeing the images from the cameras they have installed, is that the thieves had entered the house when they were still inside the property, before they left.
The mother of the young woman attacked by the group of thieves told Nosotros a la Mañana (eltrece) that the criminals entered the house through a back door and that they did not realize what had happened until they returned home.
“While we were inside the house, five people entered us through another door, not the main one. At that moment we were leaving, but I think they didn’t see us, or they didn’t know we were there, but we didn’t see them come in, ”the owner of the house began her story.
“Half an hour later, when we returned, my baby came in, opened the door and two people grabbed her. I was a little late behind her and they also grab me and drag me about six or seven meters and put me inside the house, ”she added.
In addition, he said that the thieves barred the door to enter. “It was with the broken and raised lock. You can tell they came with a hook or something, because it was cut, ”he assured.
