The criminals reduced the security personnel of a private neighborhood and ransacked a house in a few minutes.
A group of at least three criminals assaulted the home of a well-known businessman in the area in a gated community in the Buenos Aires city of Tandil and took US$25,000, in a commando coup executed with precision and coldness.
The commando attack occurred in the early hours of Friday morning in Country Altos Aires in the Tandil Valley, when at least three criminals entered a red Chevrolet Sonic brand vehicle, located in the province of Córdoba, and after reducing a of the people who were on duty in the access sector to the exclusive neighborhood went to one of the houses in the area.
After disconnecting the internal video surveillance system, the criminals went directly to the house of a well-known businessman from Tandil in the closed neighborhood, who was surprised inside the house with his wife and daughter. They locked them in one of the rooms of the building.
The armed and hooded criminals began to tour the house to collect various valuables and clothing that they selected and placed in bags for transport.
According to reports, the criminals would have also obtained a loot in cash of $400,000, US$25,000, and 7,000 euros that the businessman had kept in the house, so it is not ruled out that the thieves had the previous information that there was money in the house.
In a matter of minutes, the criminals loaded everything into the same car in which they had arrived at the scene and quickly escaped, without harming the businessman and his family.
A few hours later, the red Chevrolet Sonic was found on Route 74, between the El Gallo area and the Scarminacci intersection. Inside they found clothing and intercom equipment.
The abandoned vehicle was not far from the gated community, which makes the investigators assume that the criminals were waiting nearby for another vehicle or vehicles in which they continued their escape.
The businessman filed the complaint at the First Police Station, and the Scientific Police worked in the place and in the vicinity to try to find elements that would allow the criminals to be found and clarify the fact.
In addition to the policemen who picked up traces, uniformed men belonging to the First Police Station and the Rural Command Patrol were working.
