A 42-year-old man was murdered this Tuesday by being shot in the head in a vehicle in the city of Rosario, Santa Fe. According to witnesses, the attackers were traveling on a motorcycle and are at large.
The crime occurred around 7 p.m. at Rui Barbosa and Pasaje Orden at 6000, in the southern part of the said city. There the victim, who has not yet been identified, was shot in his car, a Volkswagen Gol.
Investigators seized several shells fired at the scene and found the vehicle had several bullet holes in the body.
The Criminal Investigation Department (AIC) and police officers from the 15th police station intervened in the incident. The case is being investigated by prosecutor Gisela Paolicelli.
With this new murder, 203 victims have been shot in Rosario so far this year.
A similar attack, also from a motorcycle, occurred last Monday in the República de la Sexta neighborhood of the city of Rosario, in which a 19-year-old boy was murdered and another 16-year-old boy was seriously injured in a shooting.

The incident occurred this Monday at around 6:30 p.m. over a length of about one hundred meters. The fatal victim was walking with his partner while the other injured man received a blow to the head and was taken to hospital.
According to Rosario 3, in the first attack, which took place in Esmeralda and Pasco, the 19-year-old died from two shots, one in the chest and one in the abdomen, and his death was confirmed at the provincial hospital.
In the second case, closer to Pasco and Chacabuco, the second victim of the attack suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was in a delicate condition at the “Clemente Álvarez” emergency hospital, confirmed the city newspaper La Capital. Santafesina.

In parallel, it was reported that authorities had found capsules placed on a block that witnesses said was “quiet after several incidents.”
As witnesses told news channels, police were working at the scene where the 16-year-old boy was injured, and from the testimonies they collected, they learned that the same assailants had carried out the first part of the shooting moments earlier.
“There were two who came by on a motorbike and shot about a hundred meters away. The first attack happened in Esmeralda and they say pods are served in Chacabuco,” said a neighbor, adding that from what he heard the 16-year-old had a gunshot wound to his skull.
