OceanGate says it has suspended all its exploration and commercial activities following the implosion of its submarine Titan, which killed five people.
The company posted a brief statement on its website, but gave no further details.
Both US and Canadian officials are investigating what caused the submarine to implode late last month on its way to the Titanic’s wreckage.
