Bizarre new details come to light in ‘missing teen’ Rudy Faria case as mother evades criminal charges

There is no evidence that Rudolph “Rudy” Farias, who reportedly disappeared as a teenager in 2015, was ever missing or a victim of abuse, Houston police said at a news conference Thursday.
