A Salvadoran man accused of killing a Virginia lady throughout a weekend carjacking was in the US illegally, immigration officers stated.
Jose Aguilar-Martinez, 21, is charged in reference to the deadly confrontation Sunday that resulted within the dying of 54-year-old Melody Waldecker, a grandmother, FOX 5 DC reported.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Workplace officers had been known as round 11:30 a.m. and located Waldecker useless on the scene. Investigators decided she had been struck by her personal car because the suspected carjacker fled the scene.
Aguilar-Martinez was discovered and arrested about 45 minutes later and brought to a neighborhood hospital after struggling an obvious unrelated medical situation, the information outlet reported.

Aguilar-Martinez entered the U.S. as a “refugee” on an unknown date and placement, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) advised Fox Information.
ICE has filed a detainer request so he will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement as soon as he’s launched from native custody.
