Boehler appeared on CNN with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, although neither visitor would say who the hostage was or the place they had been situated.
The information got here as an American instructor who was detained by Russia, Marc Fogel, was making his return to the U.S., and was set to satisfy with President Donald Trump on the White Home late Tuesday evening.
