Sometimes a blood and urine test may be necessary as well to determine if there are any other internal causes for infertility.

If you are determined to have one or more of the causes for infertility, talk to your doctor to see if there is fertility treatments available for you. If the causes are in your lifestyle choice, try to quit smoking, eat healthy foods and enjoy a workout at least 3 times a week.
