A person has been arrested as a suspect for the cultivation of cannabis plants in the village of Dilbnisht in Milot.
As part of the anti-cannabis operation coded “Imazhi”, 290 cannabis plants that were found cultivated were destroyed by burning.
The arrested citizen is G. Gj. 45 years old, a resident of Laç, in the meantime, the mayor of the village of Dilbnisht SG, 54 years old, and the forest inspector of this area, M. Gj, are being prosecuted for abuse of office. 37 years old.
The investigative work for the identification and capture of other citizens involved in this criminal activity continues.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions.
