During the last hours, the relief forces have covered a variety of emergencies, ranging from traffic accidents to acts of violence, as documented on their different social networks.
One of the first emergencies was reported at kilometer 19 of the road that leads to Villa Canales. A sausage delivery truck and a vehicle were involved in an accident.
Due to the impact, one of the cars was overturned on the road, and warranted the intervention of the paramedics who rescued the drivers from the cars, treated them and later transferred them to a hospital for a medical evaluation.

Also, on Seventh Avenue and Fifth Street in Zone 9 of the capital, there was another traffic accident that required a man to be taken to the hospital as a result of various fractures.

For its part, the Municipal Traffic Police of Guatemala City also reported a series of accidents, including a car that hit the flowerbed and a traffic light, this on 10th avenue of Calzada San Juan.

Motorcycle accidents were also among the emergencies reported by the relief services, one of which was fatal to the driver of the two-wheeled vehicle in an accident recorded at kilometer 55 of the El Cerinal bypass, in Barberena.

Another motorcycle accident was reported on the route to the Atlantic, zone 18, where the paramedics had to take the motorcyclist to a hospital for the injuries he sustained when he fell from his vehicle.
The transit authorities also report different cars with mechanical damage at different points, which will be removed so as not to affect mobility.
