It is developed under strict standards of statistical representativeness, without any bias or preference. The study requires a statistical sampling model correlated with the geographic distribution of the urban and rural departmental population, with a stratification by sex and age, calculated based on distribution data from the electoral roll and the population census. In these digital times, it is necessary to highlight that all the information is obtained through face-to-face interviews whose area of realization depends on the random pre-assignment of 237 collection points, in order to make it representative, objective and reliable.
