Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
A shooting occurred this Saturday night in the La Joya neighborhood of Tegucigalpa has left four men deceasedaccording to police reports in the area.
The first reports described that a shooting broke out between several people in that area of the capital at approximately 8:00 pm
Several men were traveling in a gray Toyota Corolla touring vehicle when they were surprised by other men who shot at them several times until they were killed and seriously injured.
Although two of the four deceased were taken seriously injured to the Escuela hospital, they died before being treated. Two other men were injured and their state of health is unknown.
The shooting occurred, according to testimonies, near the police station located in that neighborhood and in front of the health center. Neighbors said they heard at least 20 bullet shots whose caliber is unknown.
The police arrived at the site, but did not report the identity of the victims and the origin of the shooting that killed four people is unknown. Nor were any arrests related to the events reported.
