Kiev city council sounds safe after airstrike

The municipal authorities of the Ukrainian capital gave permission after a morning airstrike that saw several Russian strikes and injured at least five people.
The municipality wrote on Telegram: “Please monitor the messages and return to the shelter when the siren sounds again.”

Five people were injured in Kiev as Russia launched a new wave of attacks against Ukrainian cities, Kiev mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on Telegram.
Klitschko said debris from a drone attack on a building fell on a smaller building and a parked car, injuring people there.
“Probably due to debris falling on a parked car in the yard of a residential building, the car caught fire,” the Kyiv military government said in a message on Telegram. “There has been a recorded fall of debris on a residential building.”
Explosions have also been reported in the Black Sea port city of Odessa and the southeastern city of Kherson.
