The flag of Kosovo has been raised in the institution of the municipality of Leposavič.
The building of this municipality is currently surrounded by the Kosovo police, while the new mayor of the municipality, Ljulzim Hetemi, has entered the municipality building.
The police are blocking the entrances to the building with armored cars, while the citizens are scattered in the surrounding streets.
